Public Notice - Budget Workshop Meetings
Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, Board of Supervisors will conduct 2024 Budget Workshops on Monday October 9, 2023 @ 5:00pm and Monday November 6, 2023 @ 5:00pm at the Weisenberg Township municipal building, 2175 Seipstown Road, Fogelsville PA 18051.
Any miscellaneous business matters brought before the board may also be considered.

Invitation to Bid (Creamery Road & Winding Road)- 9-13-2023
Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, will receive sealed bids for the Creamery Road and Winding Road Culverts. Bids will be received via PennBid until 1:00 P.M., October 5, 2023.
All documents are available at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net).
The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions.
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.

Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, PA will conduct the following meetings during the calendar year 2023 in the Municipal Building, 2175 Seipstown Road, Fogelsville, PA 18051.
Supervisor’s Re-organizational meeting: Tuesday - January 3, 2023 @ 5:00 pm.
Supervisor’s Close-Out meeting: Wednesday - December 27, 2023 @ 8:00 am.
Auditor Re-organizational meeting: Wednesday - January 4, 2023 @ 7:00 pm.
Supervisor’s Regular meetings: 2nd Monday of each month @ 7:00 pm.
Planning Commission meetings: Last Thursday of each month @ 7:00 pm except
November when the meeting will be held Thursday November 16, 2023 @ 7:00 pm and
December when the meeting will be held Thursday December 21, 2023 @ 7:00 pm
Zoning Hearing Board meetings: 2nd Wednesday of the month (as necessary) @ 7:00 pm.
Environmental Advisory Council meetings: 3rd Tuesday of each month (as necessary) @ 7:00 pm.
Fire Company and Board of Supervisors meetings: 3rd Thursday of each month (as necessary) @ 6:30 pm.
Public Notice - Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan Meetings (2023)
The Townships of Heidelberg, Lowhill, Lynn, Washington & Weisenberg and the Borough of Slatington, Lehigh County, PA will hold regular workshops as necessary to discuss updates and changes to each municipality’s Zoning Ordinance as part of the recently adopted Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan for the Northern Region of Lehigh County. The workshops will be held at the Washington Township building (7951 Center St., Emerald, PA 18080) at 5:30 pm on the following Tuesdays:
