PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Weisenberg Township Building Code of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, starting at 7:30 P.M. in the Township Municipal Building at 2175 Seipstown Road, Fogelsville, PA. The Building Code of Appeals Board will consider the following Appeal:
Case No. 08-2, Appeal No. 102. A hearing in the Appeal of Lighthouse Baptist Church of the Lehigh Valley for the property located at 2096 Independent Road, 8700-B, Breinigsville Road, Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, Breinigsville, Pennsylvania 18031, seeking relief from the International Building Code 2006, Section 1004.1 and Section 1004.1.1 et seq., relating to Occupant Load of greater than 300 occupants, additionally per occupant load requiring an automatic fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system to be installed per International Mechanical Code (IMC 507.2.1 and IMC 507.1 et seq.) with regard to providing an approved Type 1 Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System.
The parcel identified for the owners of the property (Lighthouse Baptist Church of the Lehigh Valley, 2096 Independent Road, 8700-B, Breinigsville Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031) particularly identified as Parcel, (Pin Number 543559200830 1).
Lighthouse Church of the Lehigh Valley has requested that the true intent of the Uniform Construction Code was incorrectly interpreted.
The above-referenced property is located in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, PA. Copies of the Appeal Application, plans and supporting documents filed with the Appeal Application, are available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.

MEETING NOTICE
Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, PA, will conduct the following meetings during the calendar year 2008 in the Municipal Building, 2175 Seipstown Road, Fogelsville, PA 18051.
Supervisors Reorganization meeting: Monday, Jan. 7, 7:00 p.m.
Auditors Reorganization meeting: Tues., Jan. 8, 7:00 p.m.
Supervisors regular meetings: 2nd Monday of each month, 7:30 p.m. except May when meeting will be Mon. May 5th.
Planning Commission meetings: Last Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. except Nov. & Dec. when meetings will be Tuesday Nov. 25th and Tuesday Dec. 23rd.
Zoning Hearing Board meetings: 2nd Wednesday of month (as necessary) at 7:30 p.m.
